I looked into teriparatide and the other drugs in my stack more thoroughly, and I decided to keep only teriparatide and anastrozole. As many people probably know, anastrozole suppresses estrogen in the body, which slows down the closure of growth plates. However, in the case of lowering estrogen, the body may start increasing testosterone levels (from what I understand, this happens due to an imbalance in the hormonal system, and the body tries to restore balance this way). Although the side effects of anastrozole can be considered "acceptable," one of them namely, decreased bone density, is quite unpleasant. But teriparatide not only stimulates the formation of new bone tissue but also increases bone density throughout the body, so the decrease in bone density caused by anastrozole can be disregarded. The other side effects of anastrozole are easily tolerable (irritability, tendency toward depression, loss of empathy, headache, heartburn).
Now, regarding teriparatide, in my previous post, I wrote about how it works (though not in great detail), so I won't repeat myself and will just list its side effects: (transient hypercalcemia, mild tachycardia or orthostatic reaction after injection, headache, dizziness). It's worth noting that due to the orthostatic reaction after injection, one might lose consciousness from sudden movements, but this condition passes after some time. I hope I can become lltn after I increase my bone mass.
