This might be a water thread to some, but it was an interesting realization for me.
Over the past 3 weeks, I have had no junk food but a few Takis about a week ago and a few Takis today. What I realized was that both times, I had not been hungry at all before eating the Takis, and afterwards I was extremely hungry and even after eating a regular meal, I was still starving. This has never happened to me before likely because this is the first time I've mostly cut out junk food for this long.
I'm guessing this hunger has something to do with a chemical put in the Takis to make you more hungry, and I'm assuming it is out in other foods as well.
Moral of the story: stop eating Takis and other junk food or you'll become a disgusting fat fuck bloatcel.
