new to this forum so i have no clue if this is categorized as a discussion or a guide so bare with me

we all know how important sleep is, especially in early-late development, and its come to my attention that many people go to the gym late which is way better imo, but if you take pre workout you fuck up your sleep due to the half life of caffeine.

pre workout is also a peak dopamine rush, and i know no one, including myself is willing to actually give up pre-workout, so if you must take it and you go to the gym late then there is absolutely no reason you shouldn't switch to a non stim. i know most non stim pre workouts on the market are absolute dog shit atm, and if i was rich then i would release my own but i cant do that so here is how you can make the BEST non stimulant preworkout.

we are going to be using gorilla nitric as the base, which is a great formula on its own but it misses some key ingredients. the first one should be beta-alanine which is optional, but i love the tingles and itch. it really provides nothing besides this so that is why i am saying its optional. gorilla also does not have good focus ingredients which is why we are going to be cracking open some alpha-gpc capsules for the absolutely locked in feeling. for the final ingredient, we are going to add in some arachidonic acid capsules which is going to give a great pump and boost your anaerobic capacity (its just the max amount of energy your body can produce for bursts of intense exercise before u run out of fuel).

this is how your going to make a non stim pre workout that is better than basically all of them on the market rn lol.
note this shit is very expensive so if ur not effectively wageslaving rn then this might not be for you

We have to much evidence on Stim Pre (Caffeinated Pre workout) being a Positive before workout's

Caffine alone lower's perception of effort which = more MUR
more MUR = higher probability of Mechanical tension taking place (basically hitting a PR or porgressivly overload)

Which results in hypertrophy = muscle gain

its a no brainer to take a stim pre knowing this, n the evidence supports it

but this isnt a bad thread either, pin pointing what ingredient within a pre can enhance the feeling of wanting to workout is good n fine

i thought it was obvious this is for people who use pre wow very high iq
But i don't use pre so i don't see why I'd need this thread
