When I close my lips really hard ,my teeth become aligned,plus I just removed braces , so my lips are full and not unstraight teeth , what are my flaws btw ?

Tbh I don't want implants cuz I don't wanna put plastic over my bone , what I want is to change the structure of the bone not adding plastic over it , idk but if genioplasty is good actually
