Background:
for the last 3 months i worked outside, and on occasion i would genuinely just sungaze and “practice” hooded eyes.
Basically flexing under my browridge and giving myself hooded eyes (u naturally do it when u look at the sun)
i would take that movement and exaggerate it really heavily. i think it genuinely gave me hooded eyes, im not sure how and it might have just fixed my brow posture.
I do not recommend sungazing at all btw. My theory is that working outside (no sunglasses most the time) forced me to have an eye posture that protects my eyes from the sun.
Sungazing it self is very retarded
I highly recommend to “sungaze” for 2-3 seconds max just to learn the posture that your browridge takes naturally when you look towards the sun and trying to keep that posture.
Another bonus is to relax your frontalis, you notice effects immediately like improved eye area and less uee. Over time i noticed my eyebrows became lower set as well. (i’m 17 for reference)
it’s almost like mewing where you notice immediate effects which is cool, but the real benefit is the long term effects it has on your development especially if you start early
i started relaxing my frontalis and focusing on face posture around 6 months ago (was 17 still) and see a huge change (i can show full face pics with time frames if interested)
before :

you can see the noticeable uee and some hooding but it’s negative/neutral so it’s working against me lol
after:

i just took this today, natural eye posture, not squinting. i have noticeably less uee exposure.
Also if u think im frauding (i completely understand and would be skeptical too)
here is a photo of me pulling my eyebrows all the way up to show it isn’t just me flexing my frontalis depressors

i hope you guys enjoy this thread and lmk what u think caused this, i have also lost fat which is kinda backward. You would expect me to lose the fat above my eyes.
also if u want a guide on how to have super white sclera (as shown) then lmk i would love to show yall what i do
