i have sublingual visible submandibular gland and will be getting surgery for it in about 9-10 month when im 18.do u guys think i should be getting the intraoral or extraoral.intraoral is more expensive but there will be no scaring and its also harder but the extraoral is cheaper and doas leave a sacar for 12-18 months and its less risky and easy
