I've got exams coming up so I'm studying for them, but any kind of study session just ends up with me so fucking bored and I don't feel like bombing them because I'm lazy. This may just be because of my fucked attention span, but any advice is appreciated.

if you don't try and cure this, you'll never reach high grades at all

listen to music while you study, like music that you're really into
put a timer up, let the numbers increase and let that fuel you and make you feel good
look into nootropics
chew tasty gum while you work/drink something good
put up those videos of people studying for 10 hours and work alongside them as much as possible
try breaks in between, 1 hour of work 25 mins of rest (don't go on electronics)
