Optimally you would want to store them in the fridge (yes powder form) but room temp shouldn't fuck it up by allat.
There's ppl reconstituing old hgh powder without allat of problem. To add, your vial was also sitting in some chinese shelf without any care.

So you could let it rest in a cold, dark dry and clean area for some years.
