We do not need carbs heres why

Your body can make glucose- even without carbs your body keeps blood sugar stable from gluconeogenesis. Protein, fat, and glycerol are all converted into glucose automatically. This is literally so humans can survive without plants or sugar

Fat is the preferred fuel-the brain and muscles run extremely well on fat and ketones.
These ketones produce:
more ATP per unit
less oxidative stress
more stable energy

36-38:1
ATP: glucose

138:1
ATP:fat

Fat produces over 3x more atp from the same amount.

Harmful effects of carbs:
blood sugar spike and crash
increase hunger and craving
accelerates glycation
disrupts hormones
Contributes to insulin resistance
obesity
metabolic disease

The only ''carbs'' i reccomend is raw milk, which can be from any animal usually cow and goat but it dont matter, and if you can't access this try and get unhomogenised whole milk although this has 1/3 of the nutrients and bacteria raw milk has atleast the cows havent been pumped full of random stuff

JFL this is so dumb you need carbs for converting T4 into T3 in which control a large amount of your metabolism. Also losing out on a huge amount of gains through MTOR and your CNS not being full optimal. Cant with low iq people that think they beat a normal diet with some "cheat code"

Bro you have 4 posts if you really had “high iq” I’m sure you would be showing it i literally said at the bottom the only carbs you need is milk “dairy” and I forgot but fruit too
