Is starving really an issue? Since I am15, pretty fat, and above average height. I really don't see the issue? If I eat nothing except drinking stuff like water, coffee , and chewing gum, i will be in an extreme deficit. And that would be in the span of 1-2 months of eating nothing. Since I go to the gym, I will burn extra calories. Maybe muscle atrophy is an issue, but I don't really give a fuck about that. So what do I do? Do I starve or not?

give me a reason why
Well except for health,in terms of looks it will literally make you look older and if you starvemaxx and start eating again you are going to regain that weight very fast because your body burns fewer calories while starvemaxxing

just maintain a healthy diet, dont eat slop like chocolate mcdonalds whatever, run a lot, also go to the gym.. starving doesnt mean ur gonna burn more calories, but if u maintain a healthy diet u will:
get the nutrients u need
don’t take a lot of calories i guess?
use an app to maintain ur calorie intake, i would use mynetdiary or myfitnesspal, dont do cheat days or “rest” days, run 2 hours minimum every day (or walk? but running is more effective) u can skip meals and take like a protein bar or whatever
