Should I starve myself to get skinny and get hollow cheeks and be leaner, or should I cut down, eating one can of tuna a day and an apple (that will be my whole diet in a day) I don't want to lose muscle but at the same time I just want to be get lean as quick as possible even if it means losing muscle, idk im a bit bipolar with it
