Don't cut/trim your hair or beard yourself.

The exception is if you just want facial stubble or you're severely balding and just want a half inch buzz.

This is probably a no brainer to most of you but you would be surprised.

I have known plenty of guys who would use the clippers at home and give themselves a makeshift beard "trim" or buzz their hair like 4 inches all over, it looks like shit and screams poverty or homeless man level.

I have a bad jaw so I keep a beard, and I'm really overweight so going clean shaven would look like shit on me.

I will look into it, I have to be careful what I take because I have some heart problems, I had open heart surgery almost 5 years ago, doctor said my heart will never be as good as a normal heart, hell I would even consider a beginner cycle of roids if I thought my heart could handle it.

Retatrutide slightly increases BPM due to the glucagon receptor, im not sure by how much though. Well, by any case, you can always use tirzepatide.

exactly. i see people who have a specific architype try to get a beard and it completely throws it all off like chico getting a beard messed up the architype qutie badly.
