in my honest opinion any teen 13-16 will have a good life ahead if they perfect their habits ahead and softmaxx to the limit bcs no other guy of their age will be taking care of themselves to that extent and wasting all their potential bcs of bad habits while they stand out and make their best efforts to look better in the future. they would hit their limit at 16 and then could either stay at their limit or hop on compounds (like i did)
