disagree, lots of clinical studies and trials on ideopathic short stature make use of AI's alone, for height there is not incentive to do both test and AI, a well formulated dose of AI is fine.

Even if you manage to inhibit the Aromatese enzyme,the co factor localized estradiol enzymes in the epiphyseal plate will upregulate and compensation for the lack of aromatization,such as HSD17B1, 7 and 4. This way the lack of Aromatese will be compensated by e1->e2 conversion. After a while this conversion can downregulate and eventually cause your chondrocytes to slow down proliferation.

you dont have to do this guesswork and estimation blud there is data comparing outcomes of ideopathic short stature left alone and ideopathic short stature supplemented with AI and the AI group always grows more

the mechanism of action you're talking about is one im not familiar with and probably accurate but is not enough to disregard AI usage as a whole
