Hi, im 14 and i have a slightly flat maxilla. My orthodontist doesnt want to give me a palatal expander, cause my palate is 'wide enough' while its kind of average to narrow but thats off the list. Thats literally the only way i know how to fix it. Can someone please give tips?

For dimorphism yes, but not going to make your bones grow forward or change ur projection or occlusion.

A lot of people think MARPE is always the way to go, it isn’t sadly.

No, but I’m not gonna promote some super long Hail Mary or mechanism that could theoretically work without any peer reviewed studies proving it.
