skiping scholl to lover cortisol

scholl is ruining my eye area i have been skiping like 3 days a week to reduce cortisol to keep ascending bcs since scholl started i am in stagnation
what do you guys think about this method

I did it and i managed to completely drop out. Tips: get melatonin and take 10-15mg nightly (you dont develop tolerance instead the opposite, once ur used to it 5 mg nightly is enough). With this you can sleep 14 hours a day and wake up at 3:00 PM every day

i have insomnia since 13 and i already developed melatonin toleralnce and i go to sleep around 14-16 and wake up 4 at morning. but its about stress and normies

Personally i think insomnia doesn't exist
yeah like i mean i have big sleep issues like i can read the most boring book on earth for 1+ hour and still can't sleep and its mostly when scholl is and sleep has big influence on my looks so i just chill in my house my scholl is soo fucked up i can just skip 70% of lessons and still pas the most important lesson are all in one day so i can just come at this day and fuck the rest

I recommend you to try to optimize circadian rythm this might help, when you wake up first thing go outdoors or expose yourself to very (very very) bright light. For 10 minutes maybe you can eat an apple while walking around that's what i do. As you do this more frequently your internal clock will lock down, this is also necessary for proper hormonal release i notice i usually feel better when i do this vs when i wake up at 10 am and jump straight to my laptop (not me writing this right now at 6:33 AM i haven't slept the whole night)

for last 3 months i haven't seen sun but it makes a lot of sense i already eat fruits at breakfast to have lil sugarspike at morning for energy
