I. IDEAL SKIN TONE
To begin this, we first have to know what the ideal skin color is. Although personal preferences exist, there is a common skin color that almost every race and human finds attractive. For almost every skin tone, homogenous skin tones appeared younger, healthier and more attractive to humans.
For African and Caucasian people, yellowish skin color was perceived as healthier.
Increased redness(flushed cheeks) were perceived as more healthy (healthy=more attractive) by females.
For the range of color-calibrated face colors presented, participants increased redness to optimize healthy appearance, particularly in male faces.
High carotenoid faces from diet are also associated with health signaling.
Left : Low carotenoid coloration stimuli
Right : High carotenoid coloration stimuli
Increased skin blood perfusion and oxygenation color also enhances the healthiness of the faces.
From this perspective we can say that, high carotenoid and low melanin faces are considered more attractive so we will be opting for a wheatish/olive skin tone with red cheeks and a high carotenoid face.
II. Increasing
glutathione
Glutathione production happens by cysteine and glycine.glutathione
Increasing glutathione internally :
1. Astaxanthin : 10mg 1x a day.
2. Gelatin : 15g 1x a day
3. Vitamin C : 500-1200mg 1x day. Better if you take oral vitamin c syrup on empty stomach.
4. N-ACETYL CYSTEINE (NAC) : 600mg 2x a day (cycle it ex, take it for 2 months and then a break for a month)
5. MSM powder
6. Multivitamin
7. Lutein 20mg
8. Lycopene 500mg
9. Carrots, pineapples, orange (for diet and beta-carotene)
NAC and Gelatin together helps us create glutathione by providing cysteine and glutamic acid, which are the key amino acids for glutathione production.
