I have light acne scars/blemishes and deep pores on my right cheek, will a 0.25mm derma roller work? I just used it and applied ice for a bit of relief, what products will help heal/ remove scars over time?

Tazarotene, it comes usually as a 0.1cream
Yeah otc tret will work but indiamart is like 20x cheaper
