I’ve been having problems with my skin for the past year and I’ve been on this routine that’s helped me a bit but I need better results any thing I should do different ?
My current routine :
Morning (AM)
1. Cleanser: Rice Water Bright Cleanser
2. Vitamin C Serum
3. Moisturizer: Hydro Boost Water Cream
4. Sunscreen: SPF 50 Clear Face
Evening (PM)
Monday / Thursday → Retinol Nights
1. Cleanser: Rice Water Bright
2. Wait 15–20 mins for skin to dry
3. Retinol
4. Hydro Boost )
Tuesday / Friday → Niacinamide Nights
1. Cleanser: CeraVe SA Cleanser
2. Niacinamide serum
3. Hydro Boost
Wednesday / Saturday → Barrier Reset Nights
1. Cleanser: Rice Water Bright
2. Skip actives
3. Hydro Boost + small amount of Nivea on drier areas only
Sunday → Detox
1. Use a clay mask
2. Moisturize lightly after.
