Bro i was the only one not eating. Im on a cut and i wont eat high calorie slop all day.

If you're cutting all that matters is you eating a certain amount of calories, doesn't matter if you still eat MC Donald's if you eat enough calories below your maintenance you'll lose weight

Grass is green idiot.

If i dont eat sloppy meals like this,

(this is not even breakfast lunch or dinner, just school orchestrated slop)

then i consume less daily calories = i burn fat faster.

If i were to eat that porridge, i would have been at maintanance calories, instead of below like usual, because im eating carbs as preworkout as its a training day.

All you need is around 50-70 grams of carbs before a workout and you can get that from 3 bananas assuming each bananas is a medium sized bananas which weighs around 120 grams, and all 3 bananas combined contain around 320 calories

bananas are disgusting cant even imagne 3 at once and i like to get 100-200g carbs
