INTRODUCTION:

Recently I've noticed a trend where the looksmaxxers which look most striking and lean to me all seem to follow the same or at least similar stimulant use. Caffeine and Nicotine seem to be the main common ground I've seen briefly in clips of people such as Cero, Ehren, Tyler, and Bojack. They all have lean faces and bodies with little visible bloat. (SEE BELOW)

While bone mass and structure play a role, stimulants undeniably play a strong role. Clavicular more recently has promoted this through talking about Desoxyn (meth) as it exhibits strong appetite suppressant among other benefits for getting lean and debloating. While Desoxyn is very powerful, similar results can be achieved with much more accessible stimulants such as Caffeine and Nicotine.

CAFFEINE & NICOTINE:​

Caffeine and Nicotine contribute to getting lean and debloating through various mechanisms. They up regulate general REE (resting energy expenditure), sympathetic nervous system output, lipolysis (fat mobilization), and fat oxidation. These mechanisms directly impact the way your body manages energy where fat is to be primarily used.

On top of these mechanisms, Caffeine and Nicotine have the added benefits for leaning out and debloating through; appetite suppression (mild for Caffeine strong for Nicotine), and dryness improvement (Caffiene is a mild diuretic which contributes flushing out water retention, Nicotine promotes vasoconstriction causing a drier less inflamed look).

LIMITATIONS:​

Stimulants such as these come with the cost of increased cortisol which can contribute to bloating and worse health indicators. Tolerance also comes into play with chronic use. This can be limited through tolerance breaks, prioritizing sleep quality for the body to repair, using stimulants sparsely throughout the day, and living a general stress free healthy lifestyle.

CONCLUSION:​

Caffeine and Nicotine may offer a strong potential for contributing to/creating the lean chizelled look seen above. Stimulants alone will not achieve this and of course will be only effective on top of excercise, diet, and cardio for this leanness. Bone structure remains key here too, if lacking hop on and bulk up before considering this.

If anyone has experience or insight into this add it in replies. i havent seen this been talked about much here or other forums. i havent done too much research into this yet but i will probably start experimenting with stims on myself and make a guide once figured out if beneficial.
