man I pretty sure something will definitely go wrong, Im assuming 400mgs daily which sounds insane that's why ig it must be weekly?

I got prescribed isotret in 2024 and I had really bad cystic acne, my derm started off with 10mg for the first 3 weeks, then 20mg for 3 weeks, then 30 mg for 6 months , i ended up with glass skin, although it's not so perfect rn as it's been 1.5 years

STOP IMMEDIATELY THEN, 80mg is WAY TOO HIGH, 5-10mg is considered low dosing and you mentioned you didn't have acne, even 60mg is for ppl with severe cystic acne, i had it BAD and still my derm did 30mg at max.... You're gonna die nigga

Id say if you're starting off, take 10-20 mg and take it daily for 5-6 months, that's more beneficial imo

Yeah lmao I know what it's like, when I was on isotret, the sides of my lips had wounds from how much it peeled and my lips always felt dry, also I had a couple more, like joint pain, dry ass hair (but hair looked better on isotret haha, the scalp felt itchy tho), and my mood used to be shitty

Spam aquaphor on lips and take omega 3 for pain

im on 80mg now but i was doing 120-400mg for a good miin
