Shoulder pain

I had left shoulder pain for 2-3 weeks, I do low volume high intensity btw, but it didnt hurt much, then the pain went to my right shoulder and it hurts on simple movements aswell, I have rested completely for 1 week and it got better but still hurts a bit, what should I do and how should I go back to lifting?

supplement some glucosamin, ever since ive been taking it i havent had any joint pain

also ofc warmup b4 ur workout and also stretch in the morning

Give up lifting and do body humming for max growth
