im weigh 45k and 13 years old all my looksmaxxer friends do skincare and sleep alot but my heght is 4'12 and my knee's hurt so i think my growth spurt is starting

Too much sleep causes unnecessary hard bones to grow. 6 hours a day is optimal for the prettyboy appeal with soft bones.

Should get 2-3 hours of sleep (set an alarm each hour to disrupt the rythm, for optimality) and aim to hit 30kg asap (intense cut) the most optimal form of cardio is jumping down steps making sure to lock out ur knees.
