I wanna post a what I eat in a day while cutting,give people some inspiration. Because according to what I’m planning,by the end of the day I would hit almost all nutrients over 100% RDI. But I fear,the bigger fish wil appear and rape the shit out of the thread,so guess what I will decide to put some almonds (20g) in my yogurt today so I won’t be raped since I think I found the glitch on how to avoid the bigger fish.
