I'm desperate for a shorter philtrum I heard alot of people say it's unfixable without hardmax is there any way I could get it shorter other than forward growth of the maxilla? I thought maybe I could strenghten my muscles there or maybe use some serums?

in all seriousness a longer philtrum is a dimorphic feature so i would say your best bet is to try and lengthen your chin so your chin to philtrum is better as that is probably the real issue at hand

Lip filler or use volufiline to try and make your lips look bigger makes it look shorter tm I have the same problem

If philtrum is actually long and not just short chin you can achieve better look either through lip lift, lip filler if your lips are thin?(not sure abt that tbh), or you can try some jesterpulling (will see any results only if done consistently)

Rhino can make ur nose longer and philtrum look shorter also lip filler
