I've heard many people say that nowadays, new year feels like just another day to them. I would agree, but for me it's worse. I spent my whole day hating on myself, others hating on me, (real ppl in my life) and me just being sad all day, crying and rotting on this forum the first hour of 2026. I feel like this year is going to be just part of the cycle I'm living in, or even worse, due to my obsession with my looks. Kinda sad, honestly.

May I suggest your New Year’s resolution be focused on your mental health then?
