height growth isn’t just about having extra cells, it depends on growth plates, basically tells how to line up, divide/expend which brings bone growth, once puberty ends the growth plate is obviously gone. Even if you added stem cells there's no instructions on creating length, they can help repair tissue but can't replace growth plates
