OP Ratting and advice (1 Viewer)

I’ve done this before and on different posts I got people saying lltn to lmtn and then I did faceiq labs and got in average a 7 which is definitely an overate. Also I feel like right side( the outside one) is more recessed than the left. Open to surgery
