how old r u? maybe with orthodontics if you really don’t want surgery. otherwise not really.

Just stop refined sugar and drink a lot of water, u can go to gym and spam stair master also

hltn, if you already had orthodontics it depends on whether or not the expender was on the theet or maxxilla. Since you were younger prob on theet, but atp i would just get surgery if you would want to improve.

true but his nose isn’t the problem and his nasal base wil still be weak after rhino he would be better of with a lefort 1 if he actually wants to ascend.

So a rhino wouldn’t ascend me to mtn and does lefort also effect teeth bc then I’d need a bimax since my bite is good

rhino would prob get you to mtn. bite doesn’t matter that much they fix it with orthodontics after.

Alr thnx. Tbh I just want to be decent looking so I’ll probly get the rhino since it’s cheaper and not as big a surgery and if I don’t like it still then I’ll try lefort 1

okay. but just so you know getting l1 after rhino fucks up the rhino 9/10 times, but if you just wanna get mtn your prob best of with just getting a rhino.
