Hltn(arguably could be a lil higher like Lmtn to Mmtn)

Maybe get a surgery to make your maxila less flat. Im not good at "prescribing" surgeries ngl so that's why I don't have any reccomended

If u did one with your current face no maxila surgery then I don't think it will greatly ascend u. As it's just having a lil bandage to an big open wound, it will not treat the main problem. Still a very small w.

Tldr fixing your whole face with a lefort or some surgery maxila oriented will ascend u allat compared to rhino.
