Train 4x a week, I train legs once a month since it sucks, all to failure or 1-2 reps in reserve, also too poor to afford gym membership so have to make do with home gym

Incline Push Ups
Push Ups
Resistance band Tricep Pulldowns
Barbell Bicep Curls
Shoulders/Back x2 a week
Dumbell Lat Raises
Pull Ups
Barbell Shoulder Press
Resistance Band Face Pulls
Single Arm Supported Dumbell Row
