16.7 y/o 179cm 58kg low bf maybe 12%. I don't know my rate, I think mtn-htn, maybe give me some advice. I know that by 18 maybe the face will change for the better, well, it's clear that I hope for it.

not htn, but a mid to low mtn yeah- don’t be quick to think that’s a bad rating, it’s pretty good.
if you’re really 12%bf then that’s a good boost too.
dw you’ll be able to pull if u try hard enough, good height too, i predict you’ll probably still grow a little, so expect to reach 180cm at some point, idk if it’ll go much higher after that tho.

based on ur kg ure pretty skinny though, maybe work on that
