What about hardmaxxing, I am considering marpe , maybe a bimax , rhino and fillers around eyes area.

Could probably reach mtn-lhtn, I'd recomend getting a fat graft or a implants instead of fillers because it will migrate and only last about 6 months

Won't fat grafting migrate, also which things cannot be changed in my face.

Fat grafts don't migrate because the fat cells integrate and develope a blood supply and you can change everything with the right surgery just depends if you dont care about getting botched
