his lip to nose ratio is off and he does have quite some UEE and assymetry but he has very nice brows. I think his eye area and nose are the two main things,
Overall:
-make his nose look thinner in comparison to his lips
-if possible work on making the left eye even to the right (i have that problem too if its a birth defect i dont think it can be fixed)
-reduce UEE
