You don’t really need supplements tho. You can get all of those in abundance in meat and organs. As for ghkcu that won’t likely do anything for coloring, will make you skin clearer tho.

yeah ik but if i fix my skin itll appear more glowy, i mean supplements never killed anyone did they?+i am forced to eat a ton of goyslop (i try to avoid it)
