if ur 17<= u might still have hope if you have been mewing for awhile,
i cant lie what helped my mandible growth was like.. jutting sleep posture overall posture mewing for a couple years
if anything hardmaxx if that fails
other than that you guccimane in 2006 if you do everything else(cant be bothered to type all out)

After 13 there's nothing major you could do naturally with craniofacial appliances or surgery about your jaws. The only reason maxillary growth closes at 16 is because the sutures take time to close. They starts to close at nearly 13. After that the natural changes are so tiny that they're basically non existent. Nearly 2mm maximum even with good habits (in terms of forward growth. The maxilla tends to grow downwards, as in lengthen as you age. Which makes an already recessed one to be horrible.)
