Ok well you need more bigonial width and your nasal bridge is lacking, and obv as you mentioned the whole ipd and you have a bulbous tip bit maybe it’s a little bit of lens distortion

ah okay well im getting a rhino in the near future since im military and can basically get one fee cosmetic surgery but i also have an opportunity of getting a marpe would you recommend i do so?

Marpe won’t drastically alter your face but of course it’s good if you have a narrow palate but from what I’ve heard you could potentially get more asymmetrical, I would recommend rhino before all other thing if you’re planning on doing anything jaw related wait to do rhino after
