For your age mtn. Eye color is a massive halo as well as your phenotype (tan, red undertones, blonde, light eyes).

Def work on neck and posture though. Seems like you have a bit of forward head posture as well as a narrow neck. Make sure to do neck curls and neck extensions (add weight with a plate as you progress). For the forward head posture, it might be linked with anterior pelvic tilt, which is also linked to rounded shoulders. Just posture max for that.
