So, i have a recessed maxilla but my mandible is a lot more forward grown retrospectively with a strong chin, i also have a jewish nose, this gives me the facial convexity of a crescent moon jfl. I was thinking about getting a lefort 1 in the future but im only 18 right now and have no where near the amount of money needed to afford it, but for now i wanted to maybe see if orthodontics could also be a solid solution, i have a fairly narrow palate, about a 6 teeth smile, and i was wondering if marpe + facemask would get me any forward growth for the maxilla and if it would be a good roi for me. Also, does marpe cause ccw rotation of the mandible or cw rotation?

Most likely wont.
The face masks afaik dont have consistent results in studies and you would have to get surgery to get your palate suture cut open again for marpe since with 99,9999% likelihood it already fused

Marpe isnt just given out, only in severe crowding cases, other than that ur orthodontist would probably just give u damon braces

U wouldnt get marpe u would get a tooth borne expander and face mask is cope

I had marpe placed 2 days ago with 8 tads and a piazo cut I’m only 20, they offered me face mask but I’m gunna do jaw surgery in stead to get better result
