From my research (chatgpt) which is why im asking this forum overusing this can soften skin tissue and make that area very sensitive if used daily, in the original thread it says to originally use daily for 2-3 weeks.

The question : Is there any "safe" way to use hydrocortisone to shorten the length? and does Ashwagandha fix the cortisol level and other stuff your body may reject due to this.

Using it more than 7 days in a row can cause excessive thinning I would do maybe once or twice a week.

I used hydrocortisone to much on an inflamed pimple a while ago and the damaged skin became purple, still hasn't fully healed
