Any of you boyos in housing when you make your rent payment each month does your landlord stop by to pick up the rent or do you just transfer it to them by e transfer or something.

I don’t rent or anything but I would heavily assume that for most people it’s a bank transfer or something online
The threads these couple of hours are truly enlightening
I guess you can choose it + depends where u live.
E transfer less of a hassle and ngl if u do illegal things and get cash via it, maybe it will help allat if u hand money out

Personally, my family hand cash in some type of agency building(with a lil enveloppe to make it pretty and official) to pay for rent.
