1. DO NOT TAKE STEROIDS
This should be obvious but it clearly isn't. Steroids will stunt your growth and make your growth plate close faster.
Can be done and is one of the best shit u could do if ur not dumb and actually researsh(btw most famous lmer are on AAS or used them)
2. BE CAREFUL WITH MEDICATIONS (EX. ACCUTANE + HORMONE RELATED MEDS)
Some medications can mess with joints, bones, and recovery when sleeping.
Water, u should know what goes into ur body+ dose is the poison, goes well with 1st point
3. TAKE SUPPLEMENTS
Ashwagandha for better sleep and lowering cortisol.
Vitamin D3 for bone growth.
Vitamin K2 for bone growth.
Magnesium for testosterone.
Zinc for testosterone.
Creatine for strength support and dick growth.
Yes but ashwaganda maybe meh, d3 k2 good, all shit for test doesn't matter as much if u actually sleep enough and eat well (sleep isn't even mentionned jfl and that guy talking about pubertymaxxing)

If you didn't know this, the sun gives Vitamin D. Go outside in the sun.

Hair type dependant+ puberty causes spikes of hormones➡️ oily hair "but you can train ur scalp" :cage: , U can't (only works if u were doing some weird shi with yo hair). Btw sebum clogs ur hair follicles and make them fall out. So yeah wash that hair if u need to and maybe get accutane to lessen oilyness
