i pinned in my shoulder im not flexible enough for lats

If ur 11 percent the shoulder is gonna be almost straight meat lol, what was the hardest part actually getting the needle in or having the oil go thru the syringe. If the latter definitely try a thicker needle and or warming the oil in hot water

yeah im gonna warm it next time also had an issue getting the oil out of the vial
