Okay, before I start this, I am a fairly anxious person. It's how I was brought up to be, and therefore whenever I'd get into any stressful situation, I would essentially melt, and my brain would not work, and I basically dug the hole deeper with propanadol. No such thing happened. I remember I've had huge fucking cortisol spiking moments on propanadol and felt like fucking Buddha zen as shit, truly such a good tool for lowering inhib as it doesn't let me get anxious like whatsoever. I truly recommend taking it (if you need it ofc), and I want to hear other peoples expereinces on it.

Ive been taking around 20mg sublingually if anyone is wondering about the dosage

Yeah, it's really good for blood pressure, it's lowkey a health max honestly, not even from avoiding the downsides of a cortisol spike, but in general has no sides from what I've observed.
Generally things some some lethargy (uncommon) and hard times burning fat (rare) are side effects but like I titled them, they are rare and generally need other factors to contribute (such as low blood glucose, insulin resistance etc).

How does it help with anxiety? I mean propanadol stops all symptoms of anxiety, but SSRI'S on the other hand make you slightly more anxious to my knowladge? (unless im assuming ts and am wrong)
SSRIs are used for depression,by inhibiting MAO from breaking down and oxidizing of serotonin and also inhibits the re-uptake of the neurotransmitter. The issue with SSRIs,they’re mostly given to people with depression and people with depression don’t have low neurotransmitter levels or general signaling, the neurotransmitter signal regulation which is a competent in keeping the signals reactive and properly matched and sized lack any ouput. Giving a person with anxiety higher levels of serotonin won’t help them,it could blunt them out more.

Although I have read of instances where people got some anxiety rebound, the same person also stated that they got depressed while on it. This has never happened to me, but some people state that this has happened.

ah alright, it just makes you a generally not reactive person never really looked into SSRI's i dont really know what they would be useful for, really, outside of just depressed people.
