Wondering what the most optimal thing I can use for my skin is. I heard that putting coconut oil on your skin is good.Im thinking of also eating 2 or 3 carrots a day because I heard that carrots can help prevent skin burn from the sun. Can someone confirm or give advice? For context my skin looks kinda similar to this guys skin: I have put an image of a guy who has a pretty similar skin tone to me.

He said that the reason why he started larping as ER in the first place was to see how people reacted to it and to see how far he could go with it. He claims he did it as a "social experiment"

As a sun enjoyer, I can tell you to take advantage of the morning sun and avoid the afternoon sun. You might feel lazy at first, but once you're actually sunbathing, you'll enjoy it. Walk, play, whatever, but with the sun out, don't overcomplicate things with "I'd rather eat carrots than get sunburned." Enjoy the sun, and when it stops being pleasant, get out.

Ok , should I just spend a few hours until I start to get really hot and sweaty and feel like im in a microwave? I dont know whether or not I should use sun cream because I heard that some sun creams have chemicals in them that can damage your skin over a long period of time.

The carrot thing isn't true, but you can use beta carotene for a yellowish orange glow, go out in the sun bhai, it has multiple benefits
