Is it worth it to supplement my potassium or is spinach-maxing the only way?
get lean and u will be debloated most the time. Im lean asf rn because im in season, last Body compoisition test came in at 9% body fat, im not one of the fatcels coping with debloating.get lean and u will be debloated most the time.
