Just more awake, energetic, and focused. Heat, focus, stress kind of a good combination.
Need more water, but not much nausea. Appetite suppression is present, but not to the point where it feels bad; you can still eat food, and if it's a treat, it's still enjoyable.

If you’re a 9-to-5 wageslave, just take one about 30–60 minutes after waking up (when you’re hydrated).
You’re fine; just take some melatonin if you need to sleep at night.
Don't rely on it to carry you through sleep deprivation.
It helps and is recommended in that state, but sleepiness will still be present, and you'll be cognitively worse, even if you have high amounts of modafinil in your system.
It's more like some support, but not something that counters sleep-deprivations completely
