I’m 2 weeks post-op of my rhino and the improvements on facial harmony are already noticeable, my nose didn’t have a bad size or side profile but it was crooked at the tip, fucking up my symmetry.

I larped about not being able to breath through one of the nose strills and got most of the operation (septorhinoplasty) covered by my health insurance (I’m Europe based), got the operation done with a top surgeon for 3k all included.

You could probably do the same, larp until you manage to get a septoplasty and then ask for the cosmetic part of the procedure, you will mos likely have to pay for that part, but will save money.

Thanks, i dont think my eyes are wide to the point that i would need an OBO tho, the ROI jst isnt worth it because i think my ESR due to my zygos gives it an illusion of being more balanced, plus isnt it better to have SLIGHTLY wide set eyes than extremely close set ?

Also bro not sure if you are aware of eye surgeries but are their any specific you think would ascend me ?

Thanks believe it or not i had a nose job already , it might not look like it but trust me my old nose was gigantic , broken and looked like a potato, im currently 9 months trough recovery so gonna wait till probably month 16 to see fina result

I have ideas, but want to be reassured to see what people generally agree would suit me, as some surgeries might not suit me, for example a pakistani guy probably wouldnt suit a nose job as it would look too feminine
