For those who already tried the usual GHK-Cu / CJC-1295 / Epitalon
Pinealon is a lesser-known Khavinson peptide (Glu-Asp-Arg) that directly targets the pineal gland. The pineal gland controls melatonin, sleep quality, circadian rhythm, and antioxidant defense — all relevant for recovery, skin quality, and long-term aging.

What it does
- Developed by Khavinson’s group
- Supports age-related decline in pineal function
- Animal data: ↑ melatonin, better pineal cell activity, ↓ oxidative stress
- Crosses the blood–brain barrier
Reported effects
- Deeper, more consistent sleep
- Better recovery, less fatigue
- Indirect skin benefits via lower inflammation
- Mild mood/stress improvements
Looksmax / longevity angle
- Better sleep → higher natural HGH, less facial puffiness
- Anti-aging support through hormonal balance
- Lower cortisol impact
- Easy to stack with other peptides
Dose (research use)
- 20–60 mcg daily (subq)
- 10–20 day cycles, 2–4× per year
- Minimal sides (headache if overdosed)
TL;DR
Underrated peptide for pineal health, sleep, and subtle anti-aging. Worth looking into if you’re already deep into peptide research.
Anyone here tried it? Sleep or skin changes?
Sources or studies welcome
